Any old developments have potential to go enbloc, but the only question is when. If you are looking for fast returns, perhaps going into the less known is not so favourable. If you do not need the cash to flow in fast, perhaps it will be a good place to park your funds and sit on whatever rental you can get from the apartment while waiting for the enbloc to materialise.
